There was nothing at this hotel that was above one star. NOT SAFE!!! There were drugs, gangs, etc in the actual hallway of the motel. There was only a hand towel for the whole bathroom. Two small pillows for a king. There was no microwave or fridge even though I paid for one. Only stayed one night out of too and almost saw a fight in the parking lot when I was checking out.

The manager of the property is not nice at all they went up from 50$ a night to almost 80$ a night these rooms are not worth that much it was ok at first but they are doing to much the only people that was nice was the 2 ladies that work the front desk and they are Trisha and Michelle

Horrible hotel, nasty.

I booked few nights for me and my crew, we only stayed one night because it was terrible, gross sheets, dirty towels, bad bugs everywhere. I ask them for the money back and they said the hotel policy is no refund. I contact hotels.com so far no resolution. Never stay at this hotel.

Facilities were filthy. Walls had stains. Carpet had stains. Curtains were broken. There were roaches in my room. When it got dark, there were prostitutes waiting outside. I had to check out early and find another place last minute.

This place is disgusting. High drug area. People hanging out late at night all around the premises. Smelled strongly of marijuana. Key would not work, the worker had to let us in the room but the key still wouldn’t work. Only one pillow per bed, and ripped mattresses. We did not feel safe so we left and found another place to sleep for the evening.

They need a lot of work on the entire building , housekeeping there are none, not clean or sanitary, toilet make noises all through the night and day, ac hardly works and leaking , roach infested, no ice machine, the remote never works or doesn't have one blurry picture of the TV, only gives you one towel and rag , charges a deposits for local $50 and non local $20 and disturbing neighbors and unknown knocking.

Hotels. Com A scam

This hotel is under renovations and I will never Book again with Hotel. Com they should have known this we drove 13 hours to check in and was told no rooms under renovations . We had to drive to the hospital and sleep in the car on the parking lot. Then I have been giving the run around to get my money back . Finally disputed with my credit card company waiting on my refund

Get out...

The young lady working at the front desk was a doll, she was kind, sweet & very attentive. The property on the other hand was a dump that had a mixture of folks staying there permanent & some temporary. The room was in terrible condition, from the food & luggy spit on the walls, missing & uneven floor tiles, period stain on the chair, broken curtain, A/C patch job, burn marks on the bathtub & bed spread, hair everywhere, roaches, chicken bone behind the nightstand & the windows being so damaged that you couldn't really see out of it. As I was about to leave, someone knocked on the door, as I opened it he asked if I was leaving, which I replied yes, I am checking out. I heard the yelling of a permanent who was yelling & cussing at him. PS. I forgot to mention that when I closed the bathroom door there were old clothes there...Never again
