The courtyard and entrance needed weeding and cleaning. Garden overgrown and bird poo everywhere. Noisy neighbours. Unit itslef was clean and comfortable.

We wer surprised to find that our allocated villa was upstairs. As our checkin was after office hours we were not able to negotiate a change. We suggest that booking information advise that some villas involve negotiating steep stairs

Very dark and gloomy unit!

Our unit was very dark and gloomy. Several lights didn't work which made it worse. The Floor was dark brown paving bricks and the inside walls were brick painted roughly in white. It felt like a dungeon. The main bedroom was so small and we had to squeeze in between the wall and the bed so we could get into bed. The bathroom was also very small. The free Wifi only worked outside and sometimes we had to sit outside the office before we could connect to the internet. The dvd player didn't work. Only the tv worked. Overall we were very disappointed with the unit. For the price that we paid, we expected much better facilities and a much nicer unit.

What we needed for a short stay

The weather was bad so couldn't use pool or facilities in hindsight should have paid extra for the room with Spa. Would return again though as it has everything you need for a long weekend .

Great place for family gathering

Nice location, not too far to the city centre and local supermarket and the beach. The villa was wonderful and adequate space for two adults and 1 child. We enjoy the hot spa, we didn't use the pool because it was cold. Kids love the trampoline but the tennis court is just too mini. The WiFi signal is good in the pool area but it was poor in our room. Overall it was a good holiday!

Went to use hairdryer. Turned on a heap of dust came out and was making a nasty rattle so didn't use it. Maybe all the hairdryers need checking. Great shower, but if you are very tall they are fitted too low.

Holiday with the grand daughters

everything was good clean and in perfect location. 500 m to clean beach and 900m to town one way and 700 m to small shopping mall. Only downside regarding our cabin was that there was only a very large sharp knife which was a little difficult when cooking and nothing much to use in microwave. With the addition of these few minor items, our holiday would have been perfect. It was in any case but given there was a kitchen and room for 7 people, these few things would be a big help for those who want to cook.

Nice place close to the beach

A nice clean place close to the beach and town. A bit light on for power points, and no container for the microwave.The single key for entry and exit to the resort as well as entry/exit from the pool area was inconvenient if we wanted to do different things. Having said that, we really enjoyed our stay at a good price.

Comfortable but dated accommodation.

Apartments are a little dated but comfortable. Pool area and tennis courts are very nice. Children's playground was a great touch. Close to the main port of Mandurah and local shops.
