The location is ok. Not much happening on this side of Daytona Beach. Seems a lot of older motels, inns, and hotels with condos in between and a lot of closed stores.
Hotel was clean, room was clean but could smell bleach at first. We opened the door to our balcony to air out. Beds were clean and comfy. The balcony view was great and we loved the convenience of a small kitchenette. Wish they had a few more pots and pants, there was only one old pan and a glass pot. Dishes were nice and coffee machine a lityle small but useful. Front desk needs a bit more friendliness but check in and check out was accomodating to go in early and check out late. Food was terrible. The usual carbs loaded breads, muffins, sugar loaded yogurt, nothing really to brag about. No real effort here. With so many people suffering from gluten, diebetes, and heart issues, nevermind if ypu are vegetarian or vegan, you might be lucky if you get a banana or appke that is reafy to be eaten; ypu should bring your own. There is no option for a nut milk, or bread that is healthy. Cereals with high sugar, etc. Over all it served the purpose to take a day off spend it at the beach to relax. Pool was a bit small with tables and chairs available and a wash station as you came in from the beach and clean towels avail.
