1.Check in time is 4pm , but they gave the room to me till 5pm , but he ask me 10am check out , and if delay it will be charged 100% room rate extra , it makes me very uncomfortable. 2.The location is just under the air flight route , I was waked up on 7am by big noise from airplane everyday.

We enjoy the stay! Room equip with mini kitchen, & living room. Kids love the pool & lazy river. and we enjoy the Tahiti Theme & the barbecue grills! This is our top 1 hotel during 20 days trip in USA! 這是我們美西20天旅行最愛的飯店！房間有簡易廚房, 客聽, & 吧台. 小孩愛有沙灘的泳池和漂漂河, 大人愛這邊的氣氛. 飯店提供的烤肉區很讚, 去附近的whole food買些肉串, 香腸回來就可以很方便的完成烤肉大餐. 洗衣/烘乾 便宜: $1.5/$1.25

The place is falling apart and losing its charm.

This was my 5th stay and I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. All of the handles were grimy. The closet mirror was dirty. The walls, doors and artwork were all filthy. The door hinges and light fixtures were covered on dust. There was a chunk of something on the bed cover. They say that tower 2 is the last to be redone, but I feel that is no excuse for cleanliness. The pool and towers are becoming more and more delapitated as time goes on. The pool tiles are falling off. The jacuzzi jets were either broken or blasting water out of them and the guests treat it like a kiddy pool, not respecting the asults trying to relax and staying in there for hours instead of the 10 minutes allowed for children. I don't want to, but I may need to find a different family friendly place in Vegas for my aon and I to staycation at.

Personnel did not know what the resort fee was for. Said she would try to put both families in same building, but had to check with supervisor. After keeping us waiting 10 minutes, she came back and said her supervisor wasn’t even there. Personnel seem to give you answers to placate you, only to end up not resolving anything. Our refrigerator was not working. Froze all our feed. Notified maintenance and they never came the whole 10 days we were there to repair refrigerator. The water heater on the pool/lazy River was broken the whole time we were there. The lifeguard said the water temperature was 70 degrees. Two days of our stay, there was no water to the pool bathrooms. The bathrooms were not closed off during this time, so people continued to use the toilets allowing waste to build up without flushing. When I addressed the lifeguards about this, their response was, “It’s not my job!” I suggested they could call someone whose job it might be. There seems to be a general lack of maintenance. The resort is cutting customer service, amenities and maintenance. Shuttle service is much more limited. Pool towels are thin and thread bare in need of replacement. One day there was vomit in the pool and it took the 5th lifeguard to finally get a net and clean out the chunks. No water testing or super shock cleaning though. Personnel seem good at passing the buck, but never really helping you out. Amenities, maintenance, and customer service have all gone down while prices have gone up

Security was very strict at the pool. They would not let us bring a cooler in with beer that we bought from the gift shop (we had the receipt). They whistled at parents playing in the pool with their kids and yelled at kids for playing on the rocks. Did not feel “kid friendly” We felt like we were constantly yelling at our kids to not do stuff to fit within their rules. The restaurant was really overpriced for mediocre food… Will not return or recommend to families.

Great- a few missing pcs from prior visits.

We’ve been coming to this hotel since 2012. Hotel is great like it usually is. However, you used to be given one dishwasher soap and a small dish soap to be able to do dishes while staying there and/or clean them when leaving for the next guests. This time, we did not receive any, and when we asked on the night before checkout, we were given one very begrudgingly. I guess, the cleaning staff will do it for you upon checkout?? I didn’t like the idea of leaving dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the lazy river was wonderful as always, and the location is great!

Property and rooms are beautiful. The parking there is absolutely terrible. And if you're in a back tower room there is no short way to get to the last area's to park...where we ended up. We were impressed with the room, but the 'lazy river' brings lots of kids. If you're looking for serenity, this isn't the place. All we needed was a room for an early flight out, and this worked well as it is 5 minutes to the airport.

We went for a family vacation, book3d the 6 people room and we arrived at 2 pm, we were asked to wait ti check in at 4 , went back to the checkin at 4 , we were told it will start at 4 but no guarantee and we have to wait because (THE EXACT WORDS WERE) "you booked our biggest room sonit needs more man power to get it ready, you have to wait. (Due to a horrible unprofessional excuse, I did not show up all of a sudden, we booked like a week earlier) 2nd, there is no barrier between the kids and the adults pool, which is ok , but my 3 years old was playing in the kids area where she was dragged (water pressure) to the adult zone (she has no hight) i ran of course as i saw her being taken by the flow , the life guards were just looking and watching me jump with my cloth on , NO ONE even moved. Sad enough we go out of the pool and went to get a towel, they refused withouut showing them the wrist band. Like yes I Love swimming with my shorts and tshirt on. 3rd , check out is at 10 am, the keys were deactivated by 7 am and you were not allowed even back to our roon
