Mal servicio al cliente, algo que pasa durante la estadía es que tienen un listado con todos los huéspedes nuevos y te hacen hacer un tour en las instalaciones pero no te preguntan si estás de acuerdo en hacerlo o no y si es posible que vas a adquirir un paquete, no considero que es algo grato ya que te hacen perder casi 2 horas en andarte mostrando

Been there a few times the last 4 years and the service from all staff is always above my expectations. The guest on the other hand, that keeps getting worst, always super loud, no courtesy or decency whatsoever. I had to decide this was my last time staying here when my family and I went for lunch and left out towels on chairs by the pool only to have one of the towels go missing. Explained the situation to guest service and they simply said id have to pay $20 for the missing towel card when checking out. Oh and the food was disgusting.

One of the assigned rooms did not work the door locks or the air conditioning, another had the toilet covered and had no hot water, the staff some were not friendly and treated people contemptuously.

Our stay here was very good, the animation in the Pilon area (karaoke) with Julio Cesar Nice was spectacular and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the waiters at the Pilon area too. The only downside is that the resort has no food varieties and my family and I were expecting more.

I rented 2 rooms for my family, one of them was fine, but the one I had to sleep in had ants in it, the air conditioning broke down which made my baby not sleep the whole night, much less us, on one occasion my wife stayed brushing her teeth and on another occasion I was left with soap on my head because the water was out, the other services were fine, but at least the apartment I had was not 100% ready for rent.

El hotel se bonito, pero si no eres vip te recomiendo buscar otras opciones, aqui no hay un lugar donde recrearse y tomarse un café que no sea en el buffet, no tiene discoteca y solo abren el casino hasta las 2am, la comida es horrible y poca variedad igual que la bebida, cuando haces checkout te dan un ticket y cada vez que entras un lugar te toman los datos y te hacen sentir incomodos, deberian poner una cinta diferente y evitar cualquier molestia, mi primera vez aqui y ultima vez. Si vas a venir que no sea fin de semana.

The property iz nice, but the front desk service was horrible. Once i arrived to the resort, my itinerary had changed without me knowing. I went to the other check in place and they were only two workers behind the desk attending many customers that had just arrived at the resort or guest that were already there. I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby before i was seen. Mind you it HOT inside of the resort and i was getting very aggie. They should have had more workers assisting with the influx of customers at this time (check in times).
