Sara at the front desk was helpful. I had a cottage and it was noisy. I could hear the persons television next door and the cars from the street all night. There was snacks at night. The breakfast was just continental.

Very cute and quaint. Stayed in the motel portion which was newly renovated and very nice. The area is quiet and feels tranquil. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, and had everything I needed in the room. It was also very clean and easy to control the heat. I loved the location, and I really liked the sheets and room layout. I would suggest providing publications of near by restaurants/bars and activities; Also the staff was very helpful, but its hard to get someone to answer the phone during the day - I had to call more than 6x before someone finally picked up, and its a little concerning that there is no staff after 6pm on the property, incase of emergencies or even simple questions as an out-of-towner.

Location is an ideal Hamptons location, with easy access to Sag Harbor, Montauk. Accommodations were fresh, tidy and charming. Multiple beach access options, numerous premium dining options, and of course- shopping!! Re-booking for 2025.
