Place is under construction, you can leave and return the premises anytime, sometimes you see staff but most of the time nobody’s around. Very close to the beach and Marriott is very close if you want to enjoy casino or breakfast buffet. Full of restaurants close by with 24-hour shops (2) that’s very close.

El empleado que nos atendió en el check in excelente súper amable.Me toco el cuarto 101 súper amplio y limpio la cama cómoda.como algo que deberían trabajar es en el patio de entrada cómo darle una buena remodelacióncita nada fancy.el estacionamiento pues el lugar no tiene pero cómo nos explicó el de front desk hay varias opciones,una si es por varias horas en frente hay un estacionamiento por horas,otra es a la vuelta de la calle buscar en la calle(no muy recomendable)difícil conseguir lugar.por último en el Marriot pagar el valet parking $25+tax por 24 hrs que fue mi opción por las noches.la localización perfecta,puedes caminar a bares y restaurantes cerca y la playa.lo recomiendo si solo es para ir el que quiera solo estar en el área y solo a dormir.

I arrived on a late night flight and got to the hotel which is on a dark side street about 11:00 p.m. The hotel was shuttered and appeared to be closed. There was a sign directing me to another hotel around the corner. The man at that hotel was not helpful. After persistent, he finally agreed to rebook me at another related hotel in Ocean Park. That hotel and staff were very nice. I had to pay for another taxi and it was very disturbing to think I might not have a place to stay during tourist season. Would not recommend.

To start we had told them our arrival time and we got there the front door was locked (early evening) with instructions to go to another property to get someone. The room was dirty, very outdated, the toilet rocked, shower floor was filthy. We stayed 2 nights and never saw any front desk staff at any time of the day. The fotos posted on Hotels.com are totally misleading!!! Really felt I was staying on a set of a horror movie! Do not waste your money on this place, probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed and I travel all over the world

I do not recommend this hotel. Positives: - Staff at the front desk were responsive - Courtyard is nice Negatives: - Lots of mosquitoes in the hallways - Air conditioner smelled very musty for a few minutes each time we turned it on and wasn't very effective - Very small room, no power outlets in the bathroom - Bathroom flooded from beneath the floorboards one night - Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly every 1-3 minutes during every shower

They should implement a better power outage back up plan … great people and staff but the owners should think about getting a better system . Not cool to get dress in the in the middles of heat and dark with a stream of cold water for a shower 😓
