They definitely need to make repairs. The drain to the bathroom sink was rusted, and there was a spot on thr door frame that was rusted as well. There was a 5 x 5 inch area on the bathroom wall where it looks like maybe a repair was tried to be made, but the patching up looks awful. There is no fridge in the room The swimming pool had a "green" tint to it. If we had children, I would not have let them swim in it. On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds were clean, and hotel is in a good area.

When we first went to our room after checking in I noticed a bug on the bed, I took it downstairs on a piece of paper to show the front desk clerk (who was amazing btw!) and she instantly thought the same thing I did, bed bug! She was so nice and instantly got us a new room. She apologized for the inconvenience and made the transition amazing to our new room.

Decent hotel, a bit rundown but clean bed. The front desk help was training and it took forever no real personality or communication but got it done. For the price best in the area, no tweaks running around. Did eat the breakfast.

The pool room was so cold, the water was freezing. The kids tried to suffer through it but it was unbearable. The back door to the hotel did not latch close or lock not one time while we were there. That could be very dangerous through the night. I personally would not book again.

Check in staff was friendly and lobby seemed clean. As we went to our room we noticed the vending machine and ice were out of order. Our room was not clean. The couch was gross, the carpet was sticky and needed vacuumed. It did not smell fresh. The room was hot in February and the air conditioner was very loud. A lamp, the phone, and the closet door were all broken also.

Spend a little more and save your money and dignity. Not clean mold in bathroom, white stains on couch. Thought elevator might break down while i was in it. Breakfast was good though.

The check-in person was very pleasant and the process was easy. The parking is well lit and had plenty of spaces. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the room could use some deep cleaning, and there are stains on the couch and some rips in the carpet. However, we are traveling with two dogs, and I know that hotels sometimes use specific rooms for people with dogs.
