I recently stayed at Anderson Ocean Club & Spa and overall had a good experience, especially if you’re looking for a beachfront stay with great views. The scenery is beautiful, with easy beach access and amazing ocean views right from the property. The room was clean and very spacious, which made the stay comfortable, especially for relaxing after a long day out. Many units also come with full kitchens, which is a big plus for longer stays. However, one downside is that some rooms feel a bit outdated. While everything was functional, the decor and certain features could definitely use more modern upgrades. This seems to be a common concern, as some guests have also noted wear and tear and dated interiors.  Tips for future travelers:    •   Try to request or book a recently updated room or condo if available    •   Bring your own beach gear (chairs/umbrella) to avoid extra costs    •   Great choice if you value location and space over luxury finishes Overall: A solid beachfront resort with clean, spacious rooms and great views—but it would benefit from modernization to match 2026 expectations.

They could not get us checked on time. Tried 3 different rooms and they all were nasty. Carpet was dirty with molded stains, mold on ceiling, tub was extremely dirty. The amount I paid, definitely was not worth the roooms they tried to put my family in. 4th room we hesitated but stayed bc it was already 6:30 pm and checking was supposed to be at 4. Still disappointed and the toilet was stopped up (no fault of ours) when we got in the room (disgusting). I called front desk 4 times before they picked up and 3 times after before they would Bri f a plunger to the room, then they left it at the door where I had to unclog the previous persons that rented BS. It’s was not worth the $$$ and ruined our vacation basically. The manager was nonchalant she kept walking back to the office and didn’t want to deal with any issues. The 2-3 day of our stay there was no hot water. We stayed 5 days; however I wish I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere but don’t want to face the issue of no vacancy that late in the evening especially with kids.
The floor was worse than this but my camera adjusted some.

This was our second time staying here and it's always nice and clean our only issue this trip is that we had NO hot water in the mornings anywhere in the apartment. We will return but will have to find alternative if water situation is the same

Avoid at all costs. This is a time share property and if you are looking for a stay and aren't a member you just get what ever random unit is available. Pictures online extremely deceiving because its up to the unit owners fir furniture etc. The unit we were assigned was filty and completely beaten up. Furniture broken,lighting broken and gross. Plenty of off strip places that are much nicer are available . We stayed 3 nights and every night woken up by large groups of drunken partiers.

Several items were broken including the chandelier, tv, dishwasher, and a transition when coming into the room from tile to wood vinyl flooring. The partial view was accurate, and there were appropriate dishes to go with the kitchen portion of the suite.

I made reservations for Saturday February 28,2026. When I arrived to check in I was told my room had mechanical problems and so there was nothing that could be done and I lost my money. Very poor customer service. I was not accommodated. I will never make reservations at this hotel again !!!!!!!!

Room was a mess, lot of mold, didn’t clean anything properly. The furniture was tore outside, busted really bad. Customer service was great when I got there, but later in my stay I was told if I was not a Hilton reward member i pretty much get what I pay for and they put you in private own rooms where it’s not kept up to date. Which I been through several third parties never got treated like a different person from others. I’ve was all in the top of the refrigerator freezer not in container. The bath tub stopper was broken. The coffee maker was covered in mold on the inside where you brew the coffee. The room was great size for my guest. Just a lot of things should have been taking care of before I arrived.

Everything was great minus conceirge!! I waited in line for well over 10 mins. Granted she was helping the guest in front of me, but no acknowledgement or anything. It was not until she started to get a line for her to say oh well you can come back in 5 mins it’s going to be a while. Wha??

I stayed in an Ocean View One Bedroom King Suite and had a very good experience overall. Check‑in was quick, and the staff was friendly, professional, and consistent throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcomed. There are convenient unloading spaces at the entrance, though I was surprised to wait for a luggage cart during the off‑season when it didn’t seem busy. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedroom had plenty of room, good lighting, and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was well‑lit with full‑size toiletries, great water pressure, and instant hot water — a standout feature. The living area included a dining table, couch, chair, and large TV with a DVD player. I also appreciated having an in‑room washer and dryer with detergent provided. The kitchen had a full‑size fridge, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic cookware. A few dishes were missing, and the microwave wasn’t working, but I reported that at checkout. Parking is in a covered garage across the street, which worked fine since unloading is available at the resort. My 19th‑floor balcony had a great ocean view and was a relaxing place to unwind. I didn’t use the pools, gym, or restaurant, so I can’t comment on those areas. Overall, the stay was quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable. Every staff member I passed greeted me, and despite a couple of minor issues, I would stay here again
