Parking easy. Selina answered the door quickly and check in just as speedy. Booked a double but was offered a king FOC which was a lovely surprise. Spacious room, bathroom very clean. Heater easy to use (turn off) and big window. Lovely views across Eastbourne, a good second best to a sea view this time of year. Highly recommend
