The room was nice. The refrigerator was loud and noisy, the microwave was loud and squeaked while using it. I called to let them know I would be late to my reservation due to car issues, the manager was rude and told me he had to put one night hold on my card, but when I arrived I payed for my reservation in full, after checking out he said he would release the hold, but then said if I smoked in the room he would keep it and looked at me like he was going to keep it anyway. Never smoked in room, was hardly there except to sleep and rest. Still haven't received my hold money back. Night shift guy was awesome. But the manager has an issue with the way he talks to and handles customers. I want my deposit back.
