Do not stay at this hotel! The room was quite cold and there was no way to control the air conditioning temperature. The floor was dirty and unswept. There was a coffee maker but no cups and no decaf so we were unable to have coffee in the room. We were unable to find a convenient local coffee shop. The bed was comfortable. Once the noisy children in a nearby room went to bed we were able to get a good night sleep. There was NO WIFI despite our attempts to use the log in information. We advise you choose a different hotel.

Det var en fint och modernt hotell. Dock lite förvirrande med olika info om hur och när man skulle få kod för att komma in på boendet. Det gick bra för oss men vi såg ett annat sällskap som inte hade samma tur och verkade få sova i lobbyn första natten. Ingen receptionen men vi träffade någon som jobbade där varje dag och de var mycket trevliga. Jättesköna sängar och rymligt rum. Fräschar badrum. Dock slarvigt städat, dammsugit bara där man såg direkt, tydligt när man skulle ladda att man inte tagit överallt. Men bra standard! Fantastisk takterass. Bra område och nära till tunnelbana m.m. Mycket prisvärt och hade bokat det igen!

There was no staff any where to provide assistance. To even discuss possible early check in. Not even a hour. Or 30 minutes. Literally only could check at 4 pm on the dot. Internet was out. No TV no phones. Never again! I don’t recommend

Air conditioning was broken making it unbearable to sleep, no internet the whole time (48 hours), no cups in the room and broken coffee maker. Pretty horrid but the room was mostly clean.

I purchased two bed with balcony, and when I arrive to the location, I learned that the room that I had selected and paid for was not available. It was under construction, and one of them had HVAC. They also did not have Wi-Fi for the full-time that I was there which I was coming there to spend my son‘s 21st birthday. He is a college student and he did have a paper due unfortunately we had to go to walk to coffee shops in order to use Wi-Fi and had no access to television for the entire weekend. I have reached out to the property as well as hotel.com and have not received any accommodation nor refund which I was told when I arrive that I will be getting a refund I have not received any of that. I’m very upset about my experience. The property looks very nice. Look like it could’ve been a very nice experience, but unfortunately it wasn’t and due to the customer service that I received I would not be ever booking a room here again.

I booked a room, was charged and received an email saying I was confirmed. Showed up to the hotel at 830 pm to check in. I called the number listed on the front door to get my room details. The person o the phone says to me, “ we don’t have any clean room for you and retreat to inform you that you can not stay here”. I was not notified about this at all.. I had to scramble to find another hotel to stay at. This will be the last time I attempt to stay there.

We did not get access to our rooms until TEN PM and only after I was on the phone on and off for an hour with a call center somewhere far away. I believe they would have never sent them to me if I didn’t try so hard. THERE ARE NO HUMANS THAT WORK HERE !!! BEWARE

Everything you need is present in the room and works as it should. No reception so support by phone if needed. Arriving early can be a bit of a hassle because front door and room won't open with your code before check-in time @16:00 hrs. Luggage storage is available.

Do not stay. Current operator is completely remote which was fine with me. But when my room temp went down to 65 on my second night and I called for help, they were so confused about what hotel I was in and what my room number was that it ended up taking 50 minutes for them to instruct me on getting the thermostat up and running and the room still hadn’t warmed up when I fell asleep.

The place was great, just like the pic. Really clean and quiet. Also, I had to book an extra night cuz my flight got canceled they were able to quickly accommodate my request to keep my same room and all even though every communication was done through the app. I was surprised on how quickly they responded.

There is no staff on site at the property . You have to call a number to talk to someone about the property , you cannot check in early at all . They’re supposed to send you a code and your room number 30 minutes to an hour before you actually can get inside , which I never got so I had to call customer service back . The rooms are small , it’s more so like mini apartments . The tub doesn’t have an actual door or anything just glass on one side so water will get on the floor . The best thing was the balcony - the view I had was ok but you have to step up and down a little high to get on/from the balcony . Then someone tried to get in my room as I was sleeping , not sure if they had the wrong room number or it was some type of overlap ? Wasn’t comfortable … the bed is low , cheap frame . Wouldn’t stay here again .

This stay was more than I could have asked for. After reading previous comments I was a little hesitant but had already booked. Upon arriving early we waited outside the building luckily for us a kind gentleman allowed us into the building. After we waited in the lobby area for approximately 30mins we were greeted by I believe his name was Michael. He checked us in and provided us our codes for the rooms. The views from the 8th floor terrace are phenomenal and worth the stay alone. For my family and I this place was perfect. Queensboro plaza is a short walk to the subway entrance and perfect location to travel anywhere you wish.
