After check in we went to assigned room (110) and the previous guest smoke in the room. 2 employees came to our rescue, try to clean the room, but the cigarette smell was too strong. We got a different room (131). Everything was fine until we check out this morning. Front desk Ms Lynn was absolutely unkind. I walked in with a small cooler and request ice, since the ice machine isn't working. She offer me a cup!!! of ice, or suggest to go somewhere else and buy a bag. That small cooler is to keep cool our dog food. She didnt even ask or tried at least to be empathetic. A small bag of ice would have been enough. Thank God for the housekeeping lady who helped us. Ms Lynn check us out, walked away from the front desk and left. No receipt. Customer service ZERO. Hospitality at it worse. Then, when i checked my credit card i have 3 charges from the hotel. Called the hotel, waiting on them to call me back.
