Unable to check in - despite posted availability & non-refundable online booking, I arrived on-property to find no staff on-site, and a posted message indicating the hotel was not accepting check-ins. This required me to book another hotel at a much more expensive rate - I have not received a refund for the stay I paid for.

The room was clean but the shower showed water damage and the shower head was falling of the wall and mounted too low. The biggest problem was the entrance door. It stuck horribly. It took three minutes of playing with it for it to open. Very frustrating

Facility is in good shape and has great potential. Problems are staffing and management. In 3 nights I've stayed there, I have not seen a single housekeeping staff. Garbage rooms overflowing. No Front desk staff overnight. If you book through any app/website but Studio 6, your check-in will become a quest. I had 2 different bookings for 3 nights. Initial check-in took us 30 minutes of pure calling back and forth to expedia. Front desk Jojo went above and beyond and was very pleasant. Second day, my second booking was for a different type of room. No rooms were available, because there was no housekeeping. Expedia couldn't change type of room, cause system showed "none available ". Studio 6 system was not allowing Front desk person Chris to change it on his side. I ended up Cancellation expedia booking and paying at the front desk. Overall took us more than an hour to resolve. Chris went above and beyond and was very pleasant, despite frustrating situation. Definitely not coming back.
