We stayed here for two nights, the bed was nice and pillowy, a lot softer than the last hotel we stayed at. The pillows were lacking, they felt nice and airy but soon fell flat and left no comfort for either your head or neck.
Housekeeping was very sweet and helpful when you need them, But.. the room didn’t look very clean, nor did it look like our room was cleaned in the two nights we stayed. My wife was told on one instance that we weren’t on “rotation” and you can tell, because we found a lot of dirty areas and things in our room. Some of the cupboards and walls had stain drips, scuff marks and dirt marks, even some chipped paint.
We did take the sleep sign off of our door before we went out for a few hours Tues morning and the housekeepers were several doors down from our room. We did call ahead to the front desk asking them to reach out to housekeeping to add a few additional pillows to our room. By the time we got back, the housekeeper was in our room fixing our bed and adding our pillows, unfortunately though, that was all that was done to our room.
The shower head had rust on it, also be careful when you step in the shower cause it is kind of a slippery surface. They are a green site, so if you leave your towels on the rack, they won’t replace them. They didn’t even take the ones we left on the floor.
Mini fridge was broken, had to get maintenance out for it.
Staff was very friendly but everything else her was lacking. Will not stay here again.
