Location, Location, Location!

The location was perfect for Festival International and the staff was very friendly. It states they have a free breakfast which was not available. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they had a heavy rain the day before we checked in and the lobby had flooded. the water was gone but they had fans going and the mustiness caused my sinuses to react by the time we left.

Flooded Festival, but Fabulous

considering the hotel lobby flooded the day before we arrived due to weather, the hotel was in excellent condition. The women that were working during out stay we kind, informative and friendly, and did an excellent job maintaining and making the place nice.

Great location with history

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Juliet Hotel in Lafayette, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel exudes a sense of heritage and glamour that immediately sets it apart. My room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I slept extremely well, which speaks volumes about both the bed quality and the overall peaceful ambiance. The surroundings were just as impressive, with plenty of dining and shopping choices all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Lafayette a real joy without needing to rely on transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend The Juliet Hotel to anyone looking for a charming and luxurious place to stay. My room review.

The tv is small(25/27 inch). If you hit a certain light switch the tv turns off. They don't tell you this, i had figured it out. There was no air-conditioning on the second floor lobby area, the heat was unbelievable. My room was clean, and comfy bed.

Great staff, but too many problems with hotel

Website says breakfast but there was no breakfast. No equipment in gym, no shampoo/etc, keurig didn’t work, AC was inconsistent, several lights didn’t work. Room wasn’t ready well after check-in time. BUT, the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. Beds are comfy. Great location and easy parking. Unfortunately just too many issues, so we won’t be staying here again.

Free breakfast made to order was on the website. No such service exists. There's a Keurig in the room with ONE POD. We've been on the phone with the front desk for quite some time attempting to get ONE MORE POD so we can drink coffee in the morning. I think hostage negotiations are less complicated. This is insane for the room rate. Pool and hot tub are FILTHY. The only nice thing I can say is that the location is fantastic. I will NEVER stay here again.

Once we got to the hotel, we were locked outside because our keys didn’t work. Got new keys got to our room. Those keys didn’t work. Had to return to the front desk finally got keys that would work to get in our room got in our room. the room was very clean very spacious. The toilet did not work. They knew the toilet didn’t work because they had the water cut off to it, but still put us in that room. My husband had to fix it because staff wouldn’t. ask for extra blankets, the staff told me that they did not provide extra blankets.

There were several lightbulbs that were out in our room. There were also no bars of soap for the sink or the bathtub. The property was small, well maintained and quiet, so that was a plus. Also, there were no vending machines for drinks or snacks…and that was needed for guests.
