The hotel teams are friendly. The hotel is quite close to the station and in the middle of some key tourists areas. Excellent location for sure. Since it’s close to the tram stop, it is a bit noisy occasionally but not annoying. It is a pleasant stay.

Staff is polite, However, The room size is smaller than expected. Stay 5 days but the soap and shampoo never refilled. Room is quite noisy at night and morning. You can hear the outside tram noise very clearly and people walking sound. The floor must get wet after you take shower. The toilet bowl installed at higher than normal standard. You sitting on toilet are not feel comfortable. The water heater is not stable during shower. You will feel too hot or too cold and hard to adjust. Breakfast is not much choice. The location is good and near the tram station.

Hotel has a great lobby and amazing staff they were so helpfull. The only let down, was the rooms in the roof on the 3rd floor and it was unbearably hot even with windows left open all day and night

Vi havde værelse i kælderen. Det var egentlig fint nok værelse, hvis man bare skulle sove der, som vi skulle. Men der står, at det er dobbeltsenge, og det ville jeg ikke kalde dem. Nærmere end lille halvanden mands seng. Der var i hvert fald ikke meget plads til to personer i disse senge.

Excelente estadia. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário Simone. Sempre nos atendeu com gentileza, simpatia e ajudou em tudo que foi necessário, assim como os outros funcionários, sempre prontos a ajudar. Otimo custo benefício, cama muito confortável, banheiro pequeno mas chuveiro bom. Café da manhã muito bom e tem um croissant que é uma delícia. Excelente localização, em frente à uma estação de tram. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Recomendo.

It was a very convenient location. However, that is the only real selling point. The room was small, dingy and stuffy. The bathroom had limited circulation so smelt poor. Also, and whilst not the hotels problem per se, the people upstairs were incredibly loud in the early hours (e.g. 2pm) of the morning - thumping around and what sounded like moving furniture. I complained to the front desk who did not appear to be willing to act upon the issue. I would not stay again unfortunately.

Rude employees in the front desk, not helpful. Very slow, and not attentive. You feel like a burden coming in. Breakfast was awful. Rude man rolling his eyes at me when I said I wanted Orange juice. Cold eggs, cold scrambled eggs. Silverfish in the bathroom. Bed was awful. Cheap. Cold room. Potentially the worst hotel I have been to, and I have thousands of them…..

loved the location as its easy to trams and metro, the hotel lobby lounge area is chic and allows room to relax and chill as well for business work. Just the price is a little high during exhibition time, 400 usd per nt. for a pretty small double room.

The location is great, walking distance to attractions and also very close to public transportation. However, for the price, I was expecting more. The room was tiny and the building is old. Also, the room was scruffy. I had to sleep with my earplugs on and the room temperature was not even (cold at night and hot during day time). This is more like budget hotel, but the price was not...

Terrible stay. Tram in front of hotel shakes the whole room every 30 seconds making sleep at night very difficult. They say there is a lift to every room, but it is not true, there are many stairs and no one offers assistance. The hospitality is poor and staff is rude. air conditioner and safe didn't work. I paid 500 euros a night for a loft that should have cost 100. Terrible treatment by staff. There are better options, stay away from this place.

When we arrived we got to store our luggage which was really helpful as we arrived at 11:00am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. However 3pm came and the room wasn’t ready, in fact every guest in the lobby more than 5 groups were waiting to check in and we were all told the rooms were waiting inspection. 15 minutes later we checked in, you’d expect the room to be spotless considering it’s just been inspected however it wasn’t the cleanest - clean enough but you’d expect better for the money you pay. Day 2 came and you kind of expect housekeeping everyday especially when the room service tag only has the options of ‘don’t clean my room’ and ‘not yet to clean my room’ so we didn’t leave one out - we came back and the bed hadn’t been changed / made and we had left the towels on the wet floor (bathroom was a wet room) expecting them to be changed as per the instructions in the bathroom / new towels however nobody had been to service the room so we had to go down and ask. Again day 3 the room was cleaned and bed made / clean towels however no top up of toilet rolls or milk & sugar. We also started to smell a drainage smell in the bathroom on this day we was checking out early the following day so kept the bathroom door closed. Overall it was OK, great location the staff were quick to help when we did complain however for the price you expect much better, the overall cleanliness of the building is outstanding. Wouldn’t really want to stay again.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til for museumsbesøk. Det er trikkestopp rett utenfor, så enkelt å forflytte seg. Rommet var mindre enn forventet men rent og med god seng. Litt trangt bad. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Frokosten var bra. Hotellet bærer preg av at det er noen år gammelt med trang heis.
