Room door should fit better. You could see the hallway around the edges of the door so that made the noise come inside the room easier. Was priced too high for the quality of the room. Bathroom was very dated and tub looked dirty!

Parking was acceptable however, the room was filthy filthy after requesting a cleaner room. We still had to clean off with water and a rag the desk area. There was the biggest cobweb I’ve ever seen up in the corner and the lampshade look like somebody poured coffee over it the hallways were dirty, and the elevators were disgusting and held with duct tape. The breakfast was ridiculous. The coffee machine did not work so we couldn’t even get a decent cup of coffee. I will never ever stay at another comfort Inn.

It was nice and clean for my stay. It was my first time staying here I was visiting for Dreamville!!! It was right by the outlets lots of food options and only 30 mins away from the park that dreamville was being held at so it was perfect for my 2 night stay

We were locked out our room for nearly 2 hours because apparently the battery died in the key lock & we had to wait for someone to come repair it. Hot breakfast items were limited to only link sausage & eggs. Staff did not bring out more food once it was gone . Other guests came down to no hot food options and the dining room attendant only stood around looking at the guests instead bringing out more food.

It was a good stay. The only flaw was booking with hotels.com We booked the room the day before using hotels.com for the first time. We get there to book in and the hotel reservation was never made. So we had to contact hotels.com to resolve the issue. Terrible. You pay someone to take care of this but doesnt happen. But they had no problem with taking payment from us. DONT USE HOTELS.com
