This place was very clean. Plenty of parking. They have a pool and some activities which we didn’t use/do but looked fun for a family with kids. Staff was nice upon check-in & check-out. We had a view of the lake, very peaceful sitting out there watching all the planes come through and for the sunrise. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohneinheit ist super ausgestattet und gut mit 6 Personen zu bewohnen. Uns hat besonders der warme Pool und die vielen Möglichkeiten für Sport und Spiel begeistert.(Tennisplatz. Basketball, uvm.) Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Property inside and out was very clean. The management staff were very friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. The giant size checkers and chess were fun to play as well as look at. The location was convenient for the Heritage Center although there was a lit of road construction going on.

Very clean both the accomodations and the property. The rooms are older but nicely appointed. It was easy to walk to a grocery store. Unfortunately road work was being done but other than noise, it was not a problem for our stay. The only hitch re communication was that a parking pass had to be requested and was.not provided until our stay was almost over. But there was plenty of convenient parking and no one asked for the pass. Seemed to be lots of families and a pleasant area.

Great place
The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not near the road next time.
