We chose this hotel specifically because of the advertised airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was described.
Due to overnight transportation issues at Newark Airport, we were directed to the shuttle pickup area. Although the hotel shuttle was advertised as running every 30 minutes, we waited over an hour before it arrived.
As a result, we did not reach the hotel until approximately 6:00 a.m. At that point, the room was effectively unusable, as we had no opportunity for meaningful rest before continuing international travel.
The front desk check-in itself was fine, but the shuttle service — which was the primary reason for booking this property — was unreliable overnight. Travelers arriving late at night or early morning should be aware of this limitation.
I would ask for refund because I could not get use of the hotel.
