Communication is bad. For example, I sent an e-mail about parking before the accommodation date because it said free parking. In response, they said parking was paid. I had chosen the hotel because it had free parking and I had paid, so I didn't care. Now, on their website, they say parking is free in July and August as if it were a campaign. In fact, the barriers are broken and they have been removed, I am sure the construction period will be at least 3 months. This is not honest. The staff was smiling and helpful. There was nothing in the way of personal hygiene products. The windows don't open, there is no balcony, and the air conditioning wasn't good enough. It is in an easy-to-find location but far from the city.
