They are doing some remodeling. There breakfast was a little be desired. Bacon was so over done and it’s like they took at whole weeks of breakfasts and merged them. Eggs were super brown almost burnt as well. You could tell that they have been there awhile so I would say all weeks merged.

The beds were comfortable and hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were not the cleanest, bathtub was nasty and dingy looking tiles in the bathroom were all cracked up the corners at the baseboards were full of dirt and gunk, there was a soft spot in the floor of our room. You could smell the mildewed shower curtain. The room overall did not smell good. Pictured was coffee machines in each room that was not the case. It did have a microwave and fridge. The morning breakfast would do the job however it was definitely not good however that is just a free perk not worth to complain about.

Room was very neglected. Staff was all excuses. Elevator didn't work. TV was out. Bathtub was dirty, was told the "stains" would not come out. Ran out of coffee and every one was showing up early to get coffee and there was none. Big mistake taking coffee machine out of rooms. Not laundry products not available for the laundry facilities..

The bathrooms were not clean. The showers were very dirty. I was told that it was dated. I understood that however the shower had glass doors that had not been clean. They also had dirty floors in the shower that were not clean as well as well as the breakfast area was not ready to serve food nor did they have all the essentials that should have been there for serving food. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk who informed me that there were no managers they are on the weekends and that that is the normal

The room was great, very standard. Very clean. Breakfast left a lot of room for improvement. One of the reasons we stay at these hotels is for the nice breakfast. But someone really needed to go shopping! They were out of eggs, yogurt, and pancake batter, among other things. Biscuits were overdone and hard. It seemed like it was a sub doing breakfast, so I get it...but it wasn't as great as it usually is.

Food was the reason for the poor rating. We were the first people to arrive for breakfast. There were hardly any eggs, they appeared to have been cooked previously and scraped from the pan with some eggs with brown on them. Sausage also appeared to have been recooked. The cooler didn’t have any yogurt or hard boiled eggs. No peanut butter or jam. The bananas were totally black and should have been in the garbage days prior. I did have a conversation with the front desk. She acknowledged she was aware of the problem. We are frequent travelers and Holiday Inn Express is our go to. This will not be one of them.

The room was ok. what was very disappointing is the fact that there was not breakfast. The price includes breakfast and that is hy I chose to stay there. The only thing available was bacon and cinnamon rolls. The other hot food was not available. The front desk said that the cook did not make enough. It was 8am on a Thursday. I requested a call from Management and have not recieved one. It is now 6 days later. I am a member of this hotel chain. I will not stay at this location again. I had to go to a drivethrough to pay for breakfast .

The rooms were clean. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too soft and folded you inside the bed like a deflated blow up mattress. Breakfast was good. I was awakened from my sleep due to cigarette smoke coming from the room beside us.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Hotel overall was decent but room was dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom. One of the beds had definitely been used as the pillow was smashed into the headboard and and the other one had an imprint from a body. There was stains of some sort right on the edge of the sheets. It served its purpose as we got a little sleep on our long road trip but could definitely use some help in the housekeeping standards.
