Very comfortable beds. Clean, fresh smelling room. At breakfast, a smiling staff member and breakfast attendant walked through the dining area greeting guests and inquiring if everything was good. How nice! Pool area was clean and pleasant. Overall a very clean hotel.

Check in lady was awesome. Cleaning staff etc. with ALL employees very respectful and welcoming. Breakfast was a disaster. They were OVERWHELMED. Line waiting for breakfast bacon. Bacon had the greatest taste!!! Ran out of eggs. Served egg whites only. No pancake service, but machine Was there. I would stay there again. Nice hotel

The drape in our room was broken. We were able to bring it down for the night to block out the light, but in the morning had no way of bringing it back up to let the daylight in. The ice machine on the third floor was not in use so I had to go to the first floor for ice. The potatoes at the complimentary breakfast were still hard, not cooked through. The staff was somewhat friendly so that made up for the property not being up to par.

When I arrived. The person at the front desk was not friendly at all. He gave me my key. I went to my room. It was the wrong room. I ordered and prepaid for two queens and hide a bed and he gave me one King. I went back downstairs to ask for the proper room and he told me that there were no clean room and he didn’t know what to do and that it wasn’t his problem. I asked him how long it would take to get it clean and he said an hour or so. I left went to dinner came back and he told me that they were completely full and had no room rooms. I said well, how are you gonna make this right? He told me it’s not my problem, bro. He told me I could go to their sister hotel. I said well go ahead and make that reservation for me. Transfer my payment over there and we will be good. He said that’s not my problem. I’m not gonna do that. I informed him that I was a customer and that Holiday Inn is in the wrong. He told me it’s not his fault. He’s just the front desk clerk. He can’t do anything about it. I then asked to speak with the manager. he called the manager,. She resolved the problem immediately. I did end up going to the sister hotel where I was treated with great respect and courtesy from the front desk. The manager called the sister hotel and made everything right. I do appreciate the mamager for being accommodating, but the man at the front desk needs a few lessons in proper customer service.

They are doing some remodeling. There breakfast was a little be desired. Bacon was so over done and it’s like they took at whole weeks of breakfasts and merged them. Eggs were super brown almost burnt as well. You could tell that they have been there awhile so I would say all weeks merged.

The beds were comfortable and hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were not the cleanest, bathtub was nasty and dingy looking tiles in the bathroom were all cracked up the corners at the baseboards were full of dirt and gunk, there was a soft spot in the floor of our room. You could smell the mildewed shower curtain. The room overall did not smell good. Pictured was coffee machines in each room that was not the case. It did have a microwave and fridge. The morning breakfast would do the job however it was definitely not good however that is just a free perk not worth to complain about.

Room was very neglected. Staff was all excuses. Elevator didn't work. TV was out. Bathtub was dirty, was told the "stains" would not come out. Ran out of coffee and every one was showing up early to get coffee and there was none. Big mistake taking coffee machine out of rooms. Not laundry products not available for the laundry facilities..

The bathrooms were not clean. The showers were very dirty. I was told that it was dated. I understood that however the shower had glass doors that had not been clean. They also had dirty floors in the shower that were not clean as well as well as the breakfast area was not ready to serve food nor did they have all the essentials that should have been there for serving food. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk who informed me that there were no managers they are on the weekends and that that is the normal

The bathroom accommodations were bad. The tub surface was delaminated, the water puddled in bottom. The soap dish was pulled off wall and set on self. The hot water was minimal. The sink drain plug got stuck shut. The toilet was slow to drain and ran continuously. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

The first room didn’t have hot water. I called the service desk and they reset the water heater. After waiting a few minutes we still had no hot water. I called back and they changed our room. They have a good breakfast.

WOW!!! Definitely not a what I expected from a Holiday Inn. *Heat/A/C unit smelled of smoke if fan was turned on. *No hot water. Barely luke warm. Both in the PM and AM *Door broken-won't close without slamming and waking the whole floor. *Breakfast til 9am but by 8:15 many things were not replenished. Eggs *The USB cable to the desk lamp is missing so it didn't work. It was clean and the staff were friendly but that's not enough to make me to return.
