Skip this hotel, definitely not up to Hilton standards. Digital check in/out didn’t work and digital key only worked once. Slow service.
Room wasn’t ready so we got moved. New room didn’t feel clean..had hair in bed, makeup on pillowcase, no shampoo or body wash, only 1 roll of toilet paper, sheet barely fit one of the beds. A/c didn’t work well. Laundry room not available (we needed to dry clothing but had to do it elsewhere), pool closed despite saying it’s available online. The lobby was nice but had a strong gas smell. The bed was comfy, pillows were pancakes and awful. The photos are clearly old bc the actual chairs/seating outdoors was torn and worn and filthy and/or missing cushions. Coffee urns in lobby didn’t look clean on the outside so we didn’t try any of it or the food. Shower made an awful high pitched squeal when the water was running. Tried to cancel our stay and go somewhere else but the front desk agent “wasn’t qualified to approve that”. Hotels.com was great at helping us though.
If you’re just looking to sleep, it’s probably fine for you. If you are going to spend time at the hotel or want a clean place, then I’d go somewhere else.
