This was my second time staying at the Hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is great for exploring the city. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great location and a really friendly and helpful staff made this a nice place to stay. Beds were comfy with a free breakfast every day. It was nice having a full size fridge to store things and make ice. The hotel is close to River St. and Broughton St., both easy walks. The only negative is the bathroom size, it's really small. We had a City View room and with double windows there is still road noise. It did not bother us, but light sleepers be forewarned.

Parking was easy and very close to the hotel. This place has location, location, location. Near River Street and all of it's happenings and within walking distance of so many other things. Been here a bunch of times now. Great location. Great staff. Normally a good price. Parking you basically pay anywhere but this is not pricey and it’s very convenient. Have a decent breakfast included and a happy hour/social hour with food and drink that is quite good. Best thing about this hotel though is the staff. This place is always a great stay for the price, especially if you’re bringing a pup! Breakfast is pretty solid for complimentary, plus free laundry facilities! Parking is also pretty reasonable if it’s not included in your stay ($25/day). Right across the street from River Walk and just a few blocks from the main shopping strip and city market. If I had one small complaint it would be the shower was a tad cold at times, other than that it’s great! Will be back!
