It was just ok. I am a Hilton Honors member and I didn't feel appreciated. We don't need perks or whatever but we just expect a little courtesy, a special touch etc. We could have gotten the same customer experience or a little better at other hotels probably.

After coming in tired from driving, we showered and went to bed. Wasn't until the next morning, we realized the linen hadn't been changed on the bed. Tbere was make up all over the bottom of one of the pillows and on the sheet. It really looked like blood. The staff accommodated by quickly changing the linen and giving us a discount on the stay. When I went online to add my stay, I was told it was ineligible because I booked it through a third party. But I paid Hilton not the third party. I will stick with Marriott going forward. Very unprofessional and a kick in the side after us sleeping on dirty linen.

Nice area, lobby was clean. Breakfast area needs some cleaning.
