The Beachliner is perfectly located just up from you beach and walking distance to Asbury Park. Check-in instructions were clear and upon arrival we were warmly greeted. Our entire experience here was marvelous - room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the staff elevated the experience even more!

Room was cozy and comfortable. Easy keypad code access. Lobby area was cozy and comfortable to warm us up in the chilly, snowy January air. Breakfasts were great wit hot and cold food, and always available coffee and tea. The Innkeeper Bernadette was warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay at Beachliner again.

The young lady who was in charge of check in was wonderful but that is the only possible thing I can think of. The 3 people in the room next door were up Al night. Pounding on the wall at 3am works for 5 minutes. The shower was stone cold and someone else said the same thing. When I came back up to the third floor in the morning I heard 2 males yelling and said‘let’s take this outside’. I was a fool, the photos look great but you get what you paid for. Oh I don’t think that the super narrow stair treads from the 2nd to the 3rd floor pass code.

Such a cozy place to relax , truly a gem. Maryam greeted me , and showed me to my room . Anything you need , she’s got it . The breakfast is wonderful , atmosphere is warm , rooms are clean . Steps from the ocean , a short walk to the asbury boardwalk . I can’t wait to come back

The whole place is neglected, cracked ceiling tiles, paint missing everywhere. Stains on the comforter. No hot water….windows won’t stay open. Tub felt like it was going to collapse. Stay away

The room was clean and cute. The only heat was from space heaters that kept kicking the breakers. It was in the 20s outside so heat was necessary. The innkeeper was responsive and reset the breaker each time. In addition there was no hot water in the sink or shower. After traveling all day in the cold we really needed a hot shower. The innkeeper said there was no reason; it should be getting hot but it didn’t. We ended up leaving the hotel for another and requested a refund. My husband uses a cpap machine to breathe while sleeping and we were scared the power would go out during the night. The innkeeper was understanding and agreed to issue the refund. I would definitely try this hotel again in the summer. Maybe other rooms were warmer and had hot water but ours was not.
