Could do better
There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel.
When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath.
Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night.
During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition.
Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes.
Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste.
