I think this is the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I really appreciated the contemporary styling and the smart TV in our room welcomed me by first name. I got a text too after checking in asking if I needed anything.
There were installed soap dispensers instead of single use waste-generating soap containers, and the product in the dispensers was cruelty-free. They had coffee and tea available 24/7, three kinds of oatmeal for breakfast, and paper plates and bowls instead of foam. My partner and I love to see all of this.
The cons we encountered were:
The deadbolt in our room would not lock, but the secondary opening prevention hardware worked fine.
I’m sensitive to light and the only non-nightlight lighting in the bathroom was very bright. (That being said, it was great to have a nightlight in there.)
Lastly, the road noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep, but that is a common with hotels being by busy roads.
Overall our stay was a pleasant experience and we are highly likely to return if in the vicinity again.
