Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Was easy granted a lare check out. Full breakfast was very good compared to any other hotel offerings

Comfortable and a place to rest my head
Rooms are large, bed is comfortable. Water pressure was great. Dove products which were nice. Large TV and plenty of lights. Only real issue is you can hear every door open/close as it sounds like they are slammed.
Customer service could be better.

We have stayed here several times. This time, we were surprised to find that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and resupplied. There were dirty washcloths left on the shower head, and there were no tissues. When we went to shower, the body wash container was empty.

Friendly staff, clean.
Hotel was clean and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly but the we did have issues my window blind was broke the lights would work sometimes and not work sometimes. The elevator was broke on check out day so that was a blast being on the 3rd floor. But the real kicker was apparently they have NO extra pillows. I have never heard of such a thing.

Unsatisfying rectified mistake
When I arrived I was given a room key. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone had inadvertantly listed the previous guest as "checked out." They weren't. And the hotel was completely sold out. They found a room at another nearby hotel. But it was definitely a step down. I took it since I was only staying for one night.
Shouldn't the Holiday Inn have found me a hotel room that was a step up for my inconvenience? It was too late to go back and ask. (Besides, I'd used my Hotels.com reward dollars to pay for the room. I was only out $7.) Still...
