BUG BITES
Avoid at all costs — woke up covered in bites and they backed out of their own refund offer.
The room looked stylish online, but I woke up with multiple bites on my body and had no way to get real help — there’s no front desk or on-site staff, just a chatbot that’s useless in an actual emergency.
After I reported it, Numa initially acknowledged the issue and offered a discount or refund. Then they completely backtracked and stopped responding. It was honestly shocking. I’ve never dealt with a hotel that handled a serious situation this poorly.
This place is unhygienic, poorly managed, and completely unaccountable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would never book a Numa property again.
