Lovely people, but funny room switchup

The folks here were really nice! But: There was a number inversion with my room and another guests. While I was settling into my room and working on things, to my surprise, a pair of friends swiped into my room and we were all surprised! We went to the front desk and the associate apologized and reprogrammed their card. The following day, my card wasn't working and had to reprogram it three times before I left :( probably because of the room situation.

I figure if you’re going to spend $135 for a night at a hotel that it should at least be cleaned from the last occupants. It almost feels like they didn’t even clean the room considering that there were boxers hanging over a shower that did not belong to us. This is upon check-in. I’m just frustrated for paying top dollar or at least a reasonable amount and getting mediocre response or services. There are over 500 hotels in the area, could have chosen any of them within the same price range, but I chose this one believing that this is the one that provides and has a history of excellence. I was mistaken.

We had horrible nights the room above us the people were banging on floor and walls all night. Some had killed themselves at one am in the morning. The fire alarm went off at 4 am and everyone in hotel had to leave there rooms. Someone slipped in the pool. There was no sleeping at this hotel. Horrible experience.

Only thing I would say I didn’t like was that the jets in the whirlpool needed to be cleaned out. There was mold and hair floating in the tub after jets were turned on. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there and would go again.

It was nice but the first night someone was arrested in the room next too us and that woke us up. And then at 3-4 am the fire alarm went off and we had to exit the building and they never let us know that it was safe to come back in we just had to guess. But over all it was nice place

Terrible

Somebody got shot and KILLED!!! The whole police force was at the scene! People were freaking out. They did not disclose any info. I found out at the elevator, when everything was settled (only around mid night, I was able to go to the room). Then at 3:30 am, the fire alarm went off… we had to evacuate the building. Apparently, this has been going on a while. I got NO SLEEP at all, and had to drive 5 hours to Boston. Terrible experience!
