Our stay was great! The beds are very comfortable, clean room, cold AC and breakfast was terrific with lots of options and to go bags. We accidentally left some personal items. I called the front desk and they said they would hold them until we came back on our way home. Very professional and attentive staff!

Hotel was very old. Clean but not worth the price. The check in was ok but the obsolete coded keys didn't work the first time so I had to return to the front desk to have the keys re-coded.

Breakfast bar was lame. Biscuits and sausage gravy were lukewarm. Empty container where bagels and muffins normally are. And not one drop of coffee brewed. Empty pots. Breakfast hours start at 6:00, and it was 6:25. The front desk guy acted like he didn’t care about anything.

Cleanliness of hotel and rooms. The pillows didn’t seem like they had been washed. The floor felt very unstable and need of repair in the room and the shower.

I booked a king suite several days before arrival. Upon arrival I was told no king suites were available even though another customer booked the last king suite the same day of our arrival. This was really unfair since I had booked several days earlier. The manger and desk person took over ten minutes to determine what happened and advise me of their mistake and that the room I booked would not be available. On top of that they offered me no reduction in price even though the room we stayed in was a lower cost than the king suite we had reserved. This rooms have not been kept up to Holiday Inn standards that I'm used too. Our tub and drain were rusted and very unsightly. The staff and facility are way below what customers should expect from Holiday Inn properties. In my opinion this hotel is one step above camping. Where is my credit from Holiday Inn or Orbitz? It's only $20 but that's not the point. A credit should have been offered. I'm completely dissatisfied with this below expectations property. Never again.

Staff was great! Had an issue with the key cards, and couldnt get in the room. Had to reset the actual lock on the door. Then the AC wasnt working. Came in and did a few things, and got it working. So, staff was great to fix what needed fixing. Breakfast was ok.
