Hotel is at downtown Chicago, a stone throw from Trump International Hotel Tower. It's prime location make it an ideal place to access and explore the famous architecture, park, lake, museum and river in the city. The hotel staffs were professional and courteous, the room is fairly small, but it is clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by an easy to use the mobile tablet, that allow the hotel guests to control the TV, temperature, blind, Aircon, etc. It is a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great performance hotel in the area.

Excellent location in the heart of Chicago! I was traveling solo for work, and while the room was compact, it was thoughtfully designed and worked well for one person — two might find it tight. Loved how they made the most of the space. Breakfast was great quality and reasonably priced. My business partner and I worked in the open lounge on the 4th floor — super comfortable and productive. They do have meeting rooms to rent, but the communal space suited us perfectly. Bonus: really nice outdoor patio

The location is wonderful, the bar/restaurant area was very good. Food and pricing well worth it. The outdoor terrace was my highlight. Room super cute and clean, Loved the remote shades. A few downsides, need 24 hour notice for a room cleaning. (I did not pay attention to the details, but was accommodated for a same day cleaning, a great plus). The mattress was super firm, not wood hard but a bit hard for my liking, the drawer pulls required me to use a hanger to open them. My fingers with longish nails couldn't do the trick. Lastly the room has an IPAD for many of the controls. All of which were easy to use. However, using the apps for locating TV programs wasn't possible. as there is no tv program listing just APPS to pop into to see what's currently playing, If the price was right, I would stay again because I loved the outdoor terrace space so much and the location is great,

It was very uncomfortable it felt like an airport. It was very expensive and the rooms were incredibly small. The toilet/bathroom door did not even close all the way and the layout of the shower was extremely uncomfortable traveling with a friend. The pictures are misleading it looks spacious.

A Great Place for Your Chicago Stay!

The rooms were awesome! Very colorful and different from.your ordinary hotel and that is what makes the hotel stand out from others. It is in the heart of the city near most main attractions within walking distance as things such as magnificent Mile, the river walk, and the bean. The rooms are nice and cozy and you can control the room to include all lights ans curtains with the ipad. You can also play the color pattern game on the ipad using rhe bathroom lights as they are LED. The breakfast is amazing ia is 20.00 per day unless you have other specials with your hotel booking. The place waa very clean with a bar that has food and open late hours There are 7 different sitting areas to include lounges and study/meeting rooms. Most of all the front desk and Bar staff were friendly amazing!!

The room was incredibly uncomfortable. My husband had to climb over me to get out of bed and we had to turn sideways to pass each other to get to the bathroom. (We are not large people) then on our first morning, maintenance was banging on our door to test the fire alarms. We were not awake and they refused to come back to allow us time to get out of bed. I wouldn’t stay here again
