Both mornings we went to breakfast they were out of food (no milk, eggs, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc). There was still 45+ minutes before it shut down. I rented this room for a nice weekend with my nieces and nephew. I specially picked this for the pool and the gym. The gym had one broken treadmill. The pool was also closed and if I would have known this since it was listed as an amenity I would have cancelled and scheduled somewhere else. This was part of my nieces and nephews Christmas present since we live over a hour away and we’re going to an event in Detroit. Not only did the hotel charge my card 24 hours before check in, so I couldn’t cancel after finding out the pool was closed I had to quickly go and spend extra money to keep them busy and find something else to do for our special time together. I will never book through here again.
