This hotel is one of nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It reminded me 100% of The Westin in Times Square, but nicer. Very clean, front desk and all other staff were more than welcoming and never passed a worker that did not speak. The bathroom was so nice and clean. We didn’t do breakfast and never rate a hotel based on a breakfast or food of any kind. I never dreamed we would find such a great place in all places than West Va. thanks Cassondra for a great check in!

The hotel and staff itself were good and fine. The stay was horrible. The fire alarm went off, police were called, people were rowdy and upset, and we were forced out of our room twice. My anxiety was so high, and I was stressed at whether or not we should stay or go. And IF we had left WHERE would we have gone. 5 State troopers had to show up, and a fire truck with the lights flashing were right outside my window. The stay was horrible. In the end, I was so exhausted from my anxiety and the events that we chose to stay but we did not rest well.
