The hotel was freezing cold, the rooms across the hall doors were open when we arrived and same when we left, doors open being held open by dirty laundry. The room had stained carpet, broken and loose tiles in the bathroom and the heater for the room was so loud that we eventually unplugged it using a space heater for heat.
