We enter the room, only to find out there is a dirty towel that’s hanging off the faucet. Dry btw, brown smudges around. Mold on the caulked walls, rotted wood floor under sink, oil splattered all over the kitchen wall, over head light not workin not vacuumed, q-tip behind dresser, the shutters were screwed inyo ceiling and flew off when we tried closing the m. This was unprofessional, unpleasant, and the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in. I want a refund
