The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to many great restaurants in under 10 minutes. If you don't feel like going anywhere, they have a lovely rooftop patio menu that will satisfy many, even vegans. There is a pharmacy right across the street, so convenient for grabbing essentials if you travel with just a carry-on—a great coffee shop around the corner for your morning coffee, and walking and exploring.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay here. It was in a cute and quiet neighborhood and all the staff were friendly and helpful. In our time on the rooftop, no one spoke English but the bar service was really nice. We had a cute patio and there was a fan in the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept nice and clean. The outdoor area is very nice, although if you are excited about swimming, I don't know that I'd recommend this pool. They were very helpful about holding onto my bags for me the day I checked out so I didn't have to drag them around town on my last day. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent at setting up a surprise in the room for my honeymoon! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating, rooms were modern and clean. Hotel located in a quiet safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options close by, and a short cab ride into busier parts of the city. And to top it all of a dope pool and bar on the rooftop when you just need a relaxed night in. Great experience will be back!!

Alia Inn Boutique was as advertised. Quiet, safe, and continently located in the beautiful Nopales neighborhood. There is security at the door and the location is only 15 minutes away from Coyoacan/San Angel, and Roma/Condesa neighborhoods. I only wish they had snacks/water available onsite.

Lovely Little Boutique Hotel

I stayed during the week (Tues to Thurs) so the hotel was calm, quiet and the roof-top pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable with good A/C. The area surrounding the hotel has a charming neighborhood feel and was safe to walk about with lots of small stores, cafes and restaurants (mainly pizza/pasta). Staff were very friendly.

The rooftop pool is what caught my attention to stay at this property. However, the pool was closed during our 5 night stay here with the exception of Saturday. Saturday it was open from noon to 1 in the morning Sunday. I didn't like or appreciate that the only reason the pool was open that day us because they allow anyone to use the pool for a fee. I paid for the ammenity of the pool and never used it. I thinks it's inconsiderate and wrong for the Management/Owner to allow other people to use the pool area to make money instead of making their guests feel comfortable. There were many young, drunk people coming and going out of the hotel all day! I think Management /Owners should accommodate their guests before accomodating other people who are not guests!!
