Room was clean, breakfast was fine. But during the night, people were going in and out of their rooms and the door was very noisy when it closed. It lasted for hours. Back and forth. I could hear people upstairs walking constantly through the night. I guess it’s not well insulated.

This place was nothing like the pictures. None of the gym cardio equipment worked. The doors wouldn’t close properly, water pressure wasn’t good, elevator terrifying the last 3” down, breakfast wasn’t great missing condiments. Smell in the lobby wasn’t good

It looks like the hotel is undergoing renovations. The room has some newer things - like the floors and some older things, like the walls and a/c. We really liked the beds - super soft and white clean linens. The bath towels were also very nice, clean and white. Breakfast was excellent. The people who work there were kind and nice. I hope once the renovations are complete, the property will look the way it is supposed to.

Staff was very unprofessional and under trained. 1st receptionist was very rude wasn't willing to listen to what I had to say. Evaluator noisy and shaking rust around shower head leaking no chairs.in the room. Pillows was lawful. I could write a book about things bad thinsg that was wrong. leaking

Not good breakfast at all. The building has a smell to it. Looks like they are still remodeling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The heat doesn't work good.

1. Room type booked not available upon arrival. 2. The room smelled terrible. I bought Lysol just to make it tolerable. 3. The room had roaches. 4. The television did not work. It paused about every 8 seconds. 5. There was no wall decor. 6. There were dead roaches in the hallway in the morning and remained there all day. 7. The elevator is loud and bangs really hard on the ground floor. 8. One of the dresser drawers would not stay closed. I had to prop the chair against it so that it would stay closed. 9. The pool is an eyesore filled with algae water on top of a tarp. 10. There was marijuana aroma coming from the parking lot.

Front desk staff was very nice and that was as far as nice in that hotel went. We checked in right after our flight and just dropped our things in the room as we had to be somewhere. When we came back later that night front desk had forgotten they even put us in that room which was concerning and when we went to our room the keys wouldn't work so I had to go back down a have them reset. The room was musty and smelled of old cigarettes and mold. Not sure what was splattered all over the wall by the window and the curtains had something crusty splattered on them. The pillows were hard and something bit me on my hands and arm. Checked for bed bugs before I laid down didn’t see any so not sure what bit in the night. The shower just trickled and the handle to turn it on was broken so it was hard to find the right setting for warm water. When I went to use a wash cloth it smelled like old ash tray like it had been used to once wipe one out. I was in town extremely last min for a funeral and
