The room was clean and nice however they have a pull out couch but no blankets or sheets for it you have to ask for them and the blanket was very thin and small. Breakfast was good plenty of options. We did have an issue with a drunk lady at the pool but the staff was prompt in removing her which was nice. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Pool was freezing despite being indoors and the hot tub didnt work on the second day. There was some tape used to cover part of the bath tub. Maybe awaiting repairs? Otherwise i would have given a 5* review.

Our stay went well. Pet friendly was a plus for us. Considering we booked for a room for 4, the pull out bed did not have bedding, and we had to ask for additions on 3 occasions. Our room was nice, and had ample amount of space. Loved the kitchenette. It was nice to wake up to breakfast. There was a good selection of food to choose from. Downside, powdered eggs chopped up into squares was visually odd, and frost bitten tator tots were not our favorites the first morning. The pool and spa were great additions, minus no pool towels available the first night, and the spa start button malfuction. It was a constant issue for all guests to get it started. Also the restrooms at the pool door entry remained locked throughout our entire stay, this was not convenient. Over all it was a pleasant stay for our family and we would definately stay again for the options of it being pet friendly, the kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, and the in door pool. Additional plus, the outdoor bar-b-q and firepit! Nice!

The first room we had had ants in the 2nd bedroom. My friends had already decorated the room for my birthday. By time we found the trail of ants it was 3am. We had to move rooms and take down decorations. Didn’t have tape or anything to put them back up but was just a mess. I wish they would have offered some type of compensation or been a little more friendly. I am not one who likes to complain but I paid for the room and to have to leave was a little frustrating. The lady I talked to made it seem like a burden to her. No one is expecting ants. The next morning we went down to get the rest of our stuff cause it was too late to move everything and we saw the cleaning lady and she didn’t even charge the bedding. I was totally thrown off and disgusted but this. I was ready to leave and loose out on my money. Because I saw how she was cleaning I’m afraid the whole point of picking this hotel went to waste because I refused to eat their free breakfast. On top of that there was water spots and broken tiles in the second room. The television didn’t work. I had to call for Maintenance about three times in order for someone to finally come up and fix it. The maintenance guy was extremely nice. I was able to fix the TVs, but it was frustrating. Even in the first term the televisions were not working. Fortunately, I didn’t have to worry about the TVs because we were listening to music as we were celebrating our birthday, but by time it was time for us all to go to bed. We just cras
