I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience.
First of all, the elevator was broken, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up to the second floor myself. This was extremely inconvenient, and I received no assistance or proper notice in advance. On top of that, I had to carry everything back down again at checkout, which made the stay physically exhausting and frustrating.
But what bothered me the most was the disrespectful attitude of the front desk staff during check-in. Because my English isn't perfect, the staff laughed at me and clearly didn’t take me seriously. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and deeply insulting. No one should be treated like this—especially not paying guests.
I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and this was by far one of the most disrespectful and disappointing experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their facilities and their attitude toward guests.
