Hidden Gem

Such a nice apartment. It was perfect for our needs. The decor was lovely and upscale. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine was great! Having Cafe Duro below was perfect for getting a pastry or a salad. We will be back!

It was a big apartment, king bed, full kitchen which we didn't use. But the living was not comfortable, couch was too small and we had to put our feet on the table to stretch out to watch TV. Really didn't like all the stairs to get to our room. I did like the barista in Cafe Duro. We had a nice chat and I enjoyed her coffee.

Perfect Getaway for Wedding Anniversary

What an amazing experience. Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in the Marcia suite. It was absolutely perfect. Was able to enjoy Lower Greenville by walking for a change. The apartment was perfect, really enjoyed the artwork and design. The Marshall bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Excellent pillows (always makes for a better stay). Dinner at Sister's was awesome as well. An anniversary we will never forget - and we will definitely be back for future special occasions.

It was a beautiful apartment, very well appointed. My only beef was when i eas ready to check in, i did not have checking in instructions. I called the number at least 8 times and never got a live person. That part was very frustrating

This property is immaculate through and through and is beautifully and artistically decorated. From gallery walls, to beautiful rugs, bespoke furnishings and a touch of kitch thrown in for fun, it was a wonderful experience. Nice little minibar options and a great superautomatic espresso maker with good beans. Water pressure in the bathrooms is amazing, beds are comfortable, I cannot extol the virtues of this property enough, definitely my favorite place I've stayed all year. As a fellow hotelier, I very much appreciate all the love and care they put into the individualization of their rooms and making beautiful spaces.

Overall it was great, will definitely recommend to others. Couple of issues: -casa duro wifi signal/bandwidth was weak - making TV unusable as well as laptop use. -coffee machine was either broken or not set up properly, it would grind beans but water would not enter the cup, it would leak directly into the drain pan.

Nice stylish room, but a few things unpleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. But a couple of things could be improved. There was no drinking water in the room but purchase only. Also I had asked for decaf coffees and there was not any nor the coffee shop had any pods for the room. The music kept us up till 1:30 am from the bar across street. Was not aware of this. Would be nice to have had earplugs, or a warning.The many Stairs were a bit unexpected as well. Luggage was difficult for us to tote up that many flights. The room was decorated nicely and Sister restaurant was tasty. That sums it up.

Beautiful 2-bd apartment in Lower Greenville!

Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy.
