There is no staff, you have to check in yourself. While we tried to check in , we were asked to give $151.53 deposit.There were 4 ladies waiting there for 45 minutes for the text messages with the codes to enter rooms.... we asked them about the deposit, they said they had to give $50 deposit, so we decided to call and ask why we should be paying $151.53. After talking to customer service and doing the check in with her, this time the screen asked for $50 deposit. Everything took much longer then it should.
The ladies that were waiting for codes, spent an hour and half just to get in the rooms, the codes weren't working and it happened few times.
When we came back from town we turned on the air conditioner... we learned, it was barely working. It would work for about 30 minutes blowing barely cool air and stop completely. It would not go back on again untill we turned it on manually again, we tried this several times. It was 80 degrees in the room, we called customer service, the lady said she will let the maintenance know and he will come by.We waited 40 minutes and decided to call again.She offered us different room, but she said it might be a downgrade, we couldn't agree to that, after going back and forth, she gave us room across. Same problem, called again, it was HOT all night, we asked for refund, nothing.
I noticed reading reviews ,the manager responds only to good ones.
