Simplesmente terrivel. Quarto não tem geladeira, estrutura péssima. Descarga do banheiro solta quando chegamos. Cobraram taxa por solicitar ficar por mais algumas horas no hotel. O hotel tinha muito barulho de obra mesmo com os hospedes no hotel. Musica na piscina dava para ser escutada desde 7h da manhã no quarto, e alem da musica muito som de bateção na parede (impedindo qualquer pessoa de descansar minimamente)

We were impressed with the pool area - large, clean, beautifully landscaped. Not the usual with lounge chairs circling the pool. There was a wading area with water loungers, sections separated with landscape for 2, 4 or more people, and a whirlpool. A standard pool menu, yet the Long Island Tea was delicious. We arrived early and stayed late at a charge of $5.00 per hour. Staff was available to help adjust the water and room temperature. Location was near different price range restaurants, the beach and the Xcaret Embarcadero with the Cancun Tower (a must experience) and Ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Love the location. This is a good hotel if you are looking for something cheap. No luxuries at all. Just a bed and tv. Bellman was excellent. Service was very good and attentive.

Good economy hotel. The pool, pool-side bar and reception are absolutely beautiful. There is an outdoor shower and bathrooms that are also new. The rooms have not been updated as of March 2025 but that’s not what you come here for. A bit more Hot water in the shower and coffee or drinking water would have been nice, but all in all it’s a good economy option that keeps you in the hotel zone.

While the staff and the common area is wonderful certain things are not good. In room - towels are not good at all, sheets are not nice. Sinks are broke , rusted and cracked. Cleats doors are missing knobs, huge flood lights aiming at guests rooms, no cleaning service everyday, toiletries are very poor quality. Not easy to transition into another room for new booking. Noisy and dirty balcony.

Instalaciones antiguas, el baño olía a cañería, no salía agua del grifo y el baño estaba tapado, almohadas horribles y una ex-cocineta desmantelada. Salí 15 minutos después del checkout y me cobraron extra, el desayuno terminó súper temprano… En general diría que está demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. No es pésimo pero tampoco lo calificaría como bueno.
