The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It needed some TLC, and for the price, I would like to see some maintenance done on the room. The curtain needs to be rehung and the door to the washer dryer was broken on one side. We would have liked to park in the back, but the lock on the gate did not work, so we would have had to walk around the building to get it.

I recently spent some time at WaterWalk Phoenix. My stay was excellent. The room was decent, the bed was better than most. However, the staff was one of the best I have ever felt with. I think the people are often overlooked, but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff really made me notice them. They went above and beyond at every opportunity and their dedication shows that they care. That is something that is hard to find today where everyone seems to just be collecting a paycheck.
