The check in process was horrible. Waited in line for an hour at the bar next door due to construction at the hotel. Then was given a key to a room that was already in use and was not ocean front like I paid for. I had to return to the front desk after talking to the manager Bradley! He was very helpful and made sure I was given ocean front and the correct room. He did accompany me to the new room to make sure everything was corrected. Bradley made my stay better.

It was super kid friendly and this was my daughter’s first beach trip and it stormed the whole time and we still were able to enjoy the indoor pools. I would revisit this resort just because of these things even considering the renovations going on making it be limited parking.
