Really clean room, extremely friendly staff, great location, I didn’t have the breakfast but my partner did and really enjoyed it. Air conditioning was great especially in the heatwave - was surprised to say I was cold when I’d been boiling all day. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The hotel is next to Liverpool Lime Street Station making it perfect base to explore Liverpool. The air conditioning in the June 2026 heatwave was a godsend, the hotel is also clean, tidy and the staff polite and helpful.

Hotel was stunning, room was huge with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb. My only gripe with the stay would be i paid for a St George's View but as the window was so high up in the room we didn't get the view as intended which was a disappointment. However other than that, this is comfortably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Since I was a young g boy, I wanted to see what this building was like inside, and it didn’t disappoint, Radisson have done an amazing job. We got a free upgrade through Hotels.com to a suite, which was lovely. The entrance is just amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s the only place I want to stay when I come back.

We had 4 rooms booked which were all lovely. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the beds were Ultra comfy. My friend whose 50th we were celebrating got an upgrade and a free drink which was A nice gesture. However, on closer inspection of the rooms, one towel had brown marks on it and one sheet had dubious stains. We told reception in the morning and the young lady said it was coffee on the sheet and dismissed the towel and said they would inform housekeeping. That was it - no further action taken or recompense.
