I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. The location of the hotel was excellent as a tourist—right on the northern line, in a new well-designed area of the city. We enjoyed that we could pop out for a run along the river or for food very easily. We loved the rooftop pool, which was helpful in the hours before check-in after we arrived early morning for an international flight. Only issues: elevator is a pain (takes forever and directs you to one via key pad, but it’s faulty) and our toilet had a plumbing issue the first night that made it stink. They fixed it but never followed up on the unpleasantness it caused. We’d stay here again—it was nice.

Had a fantastic time celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Amazing hotel and staff with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for us upon arrival thank you. The breakfast service was the only slight thing I would say was slower than expected and why is everything brought on separate plates and dishes? The baked beans, the bacon and the main course were brought out separately? We asked for sausages that did not arrive but overall the breakfast is of a very good quality and the staff are amazing. Just not sure why there are so many plates and bowls used where one or two would suffice. Loved the hotel and staff and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed. Kettle did not work nor did the tv casting. Both plugs on either side of bed were not functioning and the bathroom amenities had not been refilled before my arrival and 2 of 5 were empty.

Rooftop pool

Very chic neighbourhood. Quick check in. Lifts confusing to work. Wasn’t told where breakfast would be. Staff very friendly they make the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Not sure I would have it again. Rooftop pool is stunning. Probably more geared towards adults than families with kids which is fine. In the pool with the kids member of staff told us off for splashing water even though there were drunk adults leaving glasses all over the floor which I would say is more an issue . Also my room said free mini bar items soft drink included but nothing was included so hit with a bills at checkout. I would stay again it’s a lovely , chic hotel with the great staff.
