Check in was very easy with information for codes given about 15 minutes before check in. Staff were very easy to communicate with. Room was very clean, a few loose floorboards and things but nothing major.

Good value stay in Clifton

VERY good value stay in a great location. The room is basic and the shower wasn't brilliant but I can't knock our stay because it was so cheap. A good spot if you want somewhere to sleep but are going to spend most of your time exploring.

This is a student rental house of multiple occupation kitchen was clean bathroom was ok but could do with a tidy up and bed was ok it all could do with a deep clean ..but bed was good toilet was clean but bath was not too clean shiwer was ok it felt tired and need of a good refurbishment...

The listing states that free breakfast is offered, however this isn't the case. Before I went to sleep, I noticed a family of spiders above the door. I was moved to another room that didn't have any spiders. Apart from the spiders, the cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen and bathroom seemed fine. Compared to a cost of a hotel, this was very good value for money.

Comfy stay

Room quiet, bed comfy,lovely hot shower, wifi ok. Very good proximity to the triangle and clifton . Some gripes which are resolvable - shower didnt drain. All 3 seats wobbled dangerously. Toilet seat very loose. No mug or glass to have a drink.

I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.

This property was disgusting. Toilet was broken. Sink was blocked. Shared bathroom was tiny and on a different floor. The bed was hard, the pillows super flat. The whole place just felt a bit underwhelming for what i paid.

Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room. Wifi not great, some apps would not work at all when I was in the room. Photos do not reflect the condition of the kitchen & bathroom. I would not feel comfortable using the kitchen due to the general condition & dampness. Good location, walkable to the city, Clifton Downs, the Museum & public transport. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean. Shower was hot & had great pressure but didnt drain properly so would run into the kitchen causing the dampness issues.
